Shining dreams and futures for children

We will give disadvantaged children equal opportunities to experience the world of beauty, and contribute to the development of human resources who will be responsible for the future of beauty and the expansion of employment opportunities.

Future Community Contribution

NPO J-Rich IBA provides underprivileged children with dreams and hopes for the future by expanding connections with people and communities through volunteer activities.

Do you remember the day you went to the hair salon for the first time? Hair cutting is a familiar service that everyone can enjoy, but it does not reach disadvantaged children in the true sense.
We provide support from childhood through the cooperation of supporting companies and supporting beauticians so that you can interact with local people by going to beauty salons and enjoy seeing yourself dressed up. We will give everyone an equal opportunity to experience the world of beauty and contribute to the development of human resources who will be responsible for the future of beauty and the expansion of employment opportunities.

International Beauty Academy Volunteer

The skills and hospitality of Japanese beauticians are said to be among the best in the world.
Its scale is 1.5 trillion yen in sales at more than 250,000 domestic beauty salons.
While about 200 foreign students acquire Japanese national qualifications every year, the number of successful applicants has decreased by more than 40% over the past 15 years.
J-Rich IBA regards the beauty industry as a part of Japanese culture, and would like to carry out activities to spread this technology and services overseas.
There are many countries like Japan that do not require a beautician license, and their services and techniques are poor.
We would like to contribute to developing countries as an academy with top-level beauty technology, hygiene management and hospitality.
We hope that these activities will lead to regional revitalization and job creation.

Recruitment of Event Volunteers and Cosponsored Beauticians

The turnover rate of hairdressers in Japan is said to be 80%.
We see this situation as a major problem for the beauty industry, and we want to feel the joy of being happy through volunteer activities. We believe.
